Hi! my name is Janell Percey, I am a sales director with Mary Kay Cosmetics and I live in Oakdale. I joined Slender Xpress two years ago just as a
way to keep myself in shape. I have a very active
lifestyle and fitness has always been very
important to me.
I really like the idea of joining an all women's
gym, having been a member of other health
clubs, I was tierd of the "gym" scene. What I love about Slender Xpress is that it doesn't matter
what your hair, make-up or clothes look like, it's
just a bunch of women working out together and having fun chatting about girl things!
Another plus about Slender Xpress is having a personal traineralways within 2-5 feet of you at all times! It has always been a dream of mine to have a personal trainer and now I do, but for a very reasonable price! You are always being watched with professional eyes for your form and technique!
I have learned so much more about health and fitness since joining Slender Xpress. I have a personal program designed just for me so my work outs are fast and fun.
