Women with arthritis need to stay active to keep the bursa sacks in the joints to keep lubricating for as long as possible and to stop any fusion issues that may occur from the lack of movement.

At Slender Xpress, we use a variety of hydraulic machines that give you a positive/positive resistance that doesn't cause soreness. It is an awesome way to start a program for Osteoporosis and Arthritis because our machines put no tension on the joints, therefore making it very safe for women with joint issues, as well as helping with the diminishing of stiffness.
